Accessing Black Achievers Scholarship Funds

Request for Funds—Directions

Congratulations! As a Black Achievers Scholarship recipient, funds are available to you for the second semester of your freshman year. The money is not given directly to the recipients.Instead, it will be sent to your college and applied to your student account.

You may access the money by completing and submitting the “Request for Funds” form below and mailing in the required documents, which will verify your school attendance.

Money not used immediately will be held for you by the Black Achievers for two years unless you submit a request in writing to ask the committee to continue encumbering the funds. After that time, the balance of the scholarship will be returned to the general fund. We are happy to help you work toward your goal of a college education. We want to be a part of your success.

    To receive your scholarship, you must submit a copy of your college transcript for the first semester of the 2022-2023 school year, a copy of your bill statement for the second semester of the 2022-2023 school year, and this completed form to:
